PEEKSKILL, NY — State Police from the Montgomery barracks arrested Jeneva Fredericks, 21, of Peekskill, NY for DWI on Saturday.
She was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Newburgh when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
Police said their investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol.
