Demetrius Bogan is one of three men indicted after a 22-year-old was shot on Park Street.

PEEKSKILL, NY — Demetrius Bogan, 20, of Peekskill pleaded guilty Friday to manslaughter in the 2018 shooting death of 22-year-old Khalil Lyons of the Bronx, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr. announced.
The fatal daylight shooting took place on Park Street July 13, 2018. Bogan was arrested July 27 after an exhaustive three-week investigation by the Peekskill Police Department. Sean Deleon of Shrub Oak, and Yaro Gaddy Waller of Peekskill were arrested in August.
Bogan, Deleon and Waller were indicted a year ago. Prosecutors said Bogan and Deleon shot Lyons and Deleon and Waller tampered with evidence as part of a cover-up.
