Police: Teens Stole, Used Debit Card in Cortlandt, Peekskill
State police have been investigating the theft all month.

On March 30, 2016, the New York State Police at Cortlandt arrested two 17-year-old Hendrick Hudson High School students following a lengthy investigation into the theft and use of a stolen debit card.
Police allege that on March 7, the two students stole a debit card from a victim at the school and proceeded to make purchases at multiple establishments in the Town of Cortlandt and in the City of Peekskill.
Both teens were issued appearance tickets for one count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, a Class E Felony, and are due to appear in the Town of Cortlandt Court on April 4.

One was additionally charged with the same crime and issued an appearance ticket returnable in the City of Peekskill Court on April 7.
