The Peekskill Housing Authority is requesting proposals for Pest Control Services for 273 units and site area scattered throughout the City of Peekskill, NY. This contract will be for two (2) years with annual options to renew for an additional three (3) years for a total of five (5) years.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Management Office at 807 Main Street, Peekskill, NY on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.

Proposals must be submitted to the Management Office by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2016.
The Peekskill Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
