Suspect Sought for Questioning in Stolen Car Hit-and-Run

State Police are seeking the public's help identifying the man involved in the Sept. 27 incident.

New York State Police are looking to question a man in connection with a stolen car hit-and-run case in Cortlandt, and they are asking for the public’s assistance to help identify him.

The incident occurred on Sept. 27, when the man pictured above was seen operating a Honda CRV that had been reported stolen.

“Subsequent investigation revealed that he was involved in a motor vehicle collision and fled the scene,” police said in a statement. “The suspect is thought to be from the Croton/Montrose area.”

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the pictured subject, is urged to contact Investigator Morgan of the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at the Cortlandt barracks, (914) 788-8044. Refer to SJS# 6515380.
