Troopers Charge Five With DWI In Cortlandt
State Police in Troop K said they removed 21 impaired drivers from the roadway during the weekend of Oct. 20

CORTLANDT, NY — New York state police reported arresting 21 people accused of impaired driving over the weekend of Oct. 20. Among them were several arrests in Cortlandt. Also, a Cortlandt resident was charged with DWI in Fishkill.
- On October 19, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Christopher Christiansen, 32, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Furnace Dock Road in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.
- On October 20, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Carlos E. Delgado, 44, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Locust Avenue in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
- On October 20, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Stanley A. Gregory, 69, of Buchanan, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, when he was involved in a one car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
- On October 21, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Juan P. Suscal Pena, 28, of Peekskill, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.
- On October 21, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Christina M. Sanchez, 25, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Fishkill, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, troopers said.
- On October 21, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Clarice Mayo, 24, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Furnace Dock Road in the town of Cortlandt, when she was involved in a hit and run motor vehicle collision. After being located investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, police said.
