Weekend DWI Arrests In Cortlandt, Croton

CORTLANDT, NY —State Police from Troop K removed 20 impaired drivers from the roadway over the weekend of July 6-8. One was on Route 6, another on Route 9.

On July 7, 2018, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Morgan K. Modugno, 28, of Croton-on-Hudson, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the village of Croton on Hudson, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol.
