Woman Accused Of Committing Sex Act On Child

CORTLANDT, NY — A northern Westchester woman is in the county jail, accused of sexual activity with a child.

On July 20, a criminal sex act was reported to state police, who responded to Hudson Valley Hospital to investigate.

On July 21, the New York State Police arrested Patricia A. Dolan, of Cortlandt, accusing the 55-year-old of a sexual act on a victim under the age of 13.

Shewas charged with Criminal Sex Act in the 1st degree, a class B felony.

Arraigned before the town of Cortlandt Court, she was sent to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond. Dolan is next scheduled to appear before the Court on July 30.
