2 to Face Trial in Yonkers Shooting Death of Baseball Prospect
Two of the four suspects now have court dates for their trials.

Two of the four men facing charges in the death of baseball prospect Michael Nolan were in court Wednesday.
FIOS1News.com said Garth O’Neil, 22, and Tejmitra Singh, 23, will stand trial for the alleged role they played in Nolan’s death.

Police said Cole was the driver of the car from which Naushuan Hunter shot and killed Nolan, and Singh was also in the vehicle.

Nolan was struck in the head by a bullet while standing in a Burger King parking lot on Central Park Avenue in Yonkers Sept. 18.
He was taken to Bronx's Jacobi Medical Center where he was in a coma until he was declared dead Oct. 9.

The Yonkers Police Department and Westchester County DA’s Office investigation found that the shooting was a retaliation for the beating of an someone known to the suspects and related to a drag race a couple of nights prior to the shooting.
