Thought this would serve as a community alert to families who employ nanny's in Pelham Manor. At 12:40 I saw a nanny walking northbound on Boston Post Road toward Pelham Manor in front of Pelham Manor car wash at 4391 Boston Post Road. As I manuevered my car I was struck how the nanny didn't show concern for the two little children in a tandem stroller as she rolled them in front of my vehicle as it was moving. I was more concerned than she was. Parents need to train thier nanny's to care for thier children as if they would thier own.
