Cub Scouts run around a whole lot to pass exercise requirement

ST. CATHERINE’S — The first grade Cub Scouts recently got active here trying their best to pass the exercise requirement.

This reporter tried to catch up to the young boys–or were were they trying to catch up to me?–to see why they are so crazy about exercising.

Once they got started, these first graders couldn’t stop. All the boys wanted to do was race.

They were so fast, they couldn’t catch up to me. Oops, I mean I couldn’t catch up to them.

They did a lot of stretches and a karate kick and threw some punches too. They had a bunch of fun.
