Mrs. Lombardi likes seeing students’ faces light up when they learn something new

CLASSROOM 3L — Mrs. Joanne Lombardi likes teaching third grade. One reason she likes teaching third is she loves it when a student’s face lights up when they learn something new.

She also likes that she learns a lot from her students.

“Teaching is a rewarding experience,” she said.

Third graders in her class are learning many different things. In social studies, they’re learning about the culture of Brazil and will soon write books about something in Brazil’s culture.

In science, they’re learning about the rainforests of Brazil. Learning about the rainforest is fun because there’s just so much to learn about.

Mrs. Lombardi’s classroom is a fun place to learn.
