Ms. Albano visits Colonial, her former school, from Germany during her Easter Break

COLONIAL SCHOOL — She’s back! Ms. Rosamaria Albano returned to visit Colonial School on April 4 during her Easter Break.

Ms. Albano, who taught second grade at Colonial, came here all the way from Europe just for her break. She was born in the Bronx, but moved to Germany to teach.

“What do you do for a living?” I asked. “I teach,” she responded.

“And where do you live?”

“I live in Europe.”

“Okay, I think I have what I need,” I said. “Thanks.”
