Ms Hattar introduces good behavior charts to her class, with rewards for staying on green

CLASSROOM 5H — Ms Piera Hattar has introduced good behavior charts to her fifth grade students.

CLASSROOM 5H — Ms Piera Hattar has introduced good behavior charts to her fifth grade students.

Ms Hattar said that she will give out prizes and special rewards for the students who say on green for two months. The charts are on the wall and are easily viewed by students.

Students said the way to get a clean chart is to simply behave well.

“The charts are going to pay off with good behavior from the students,” said Ms Hattar.

The other colors on the chart are red, orange and yellow. Students explained that if you get down to red, which is the very worst shade on the chart, you then have to move back to orange, yellow and green.
