October snowstorm surprises the town; what did you do in it?

PELHAM — The first snowflakes of the year fell on Oct. 29. This was snow in October for the first time in a long time.

Were you excited that it snowed in October? Did you go out to play? Did you sweep the snow? Did you drink hot chocolate or coffee? Did you have a snowball fight with your friends or family? Many people thought it was pretty weird the snow came down. Even my sister, Cheryl Li, thought it couldn’t be snowing in October, but when she saw, she knew it was. Unfortunately, she didn’t play in the snow and was disappointed.
