Third grade classes study lots of real slimy worms in science

HUTCHINSON SCHOOL — The third grade classes are learning about worms in science. Students got real worms to observe.

This reporter touched the worms wearing the gloves.  I noticed they were long and soft.

Grace DaProcida from class 3R said they were slimy.  Chandler Fuller said they were disgusting.

Antoinette Karaqi liked to touch the worms and said it was fun. Dean Carotenuto said they were hairy.
