The bridge was the only property in Westchester County recommended to be added to the registers.
The New York, Westchester & Boston Railway Highbrook Avenue Bridge was completed in 1911.
According to the release, it is an early example of a reinforced concrete-arch bridge that is a fragment of the railway.
It is located near the intersection of Highbrook and Lincoln avenues in the Village of Pelham.
