DeCicco's Gets Back to Business

"We're good," said store manager Anthony Angellini. "So far the store is good. The power is on and we're going to open." 

That was the word this morning in Pelham at DeCicco Market.

Angellini said there were power outages and signifcant debris down on streets surrounding the store including major access road Lincoln Ave. Second Ave, Mayflower and Wolfs Lane all appeared to be without power.

Getting to work won't be easy. Angellini said several of his workers who rely on public transportation won't be able to get in at all. He said those who live nearby are actually walking to work to avoid road hazards and get the store up and running.
