Election Results Final: Pelham Republicans Win Mayor and Trustee Seats
Pelham selected Cassidy, Mutti, Senerchia and Volpe as mayor and trustees.
With all 5 districts reporting to the Westchester County Board of Elections, the Village of Pelham has elected Republican challenger Tim Cassidy for mayor, replacing incumbent Democrat Ed Hotchkiss.
Cassidy received a decisive 61 percent of the vote to Edward Hotchkiss at 39 percent. The vote tally was 1,348 with all five districts reporting.
Voters also chose Republicans Susan Mutti, Joe Senerchia and Mike Volpe for board of trustees.

According to the County Board of Elections, the final vote for Board of Trustees went to Republicans as well. Mike Volpe took 21 percent, Joe Senerchia followed with 20 percent and Susan Mutti with 18 percent. Democratic candidates Geoff Lewis, Suzan Marciona and Christopher Reim finished with 13 percent, 15 percent and 13 percent respectively.
In the village of Pelham Manor, residents gave their confidence to an uncontested slate of candidates. Mayor-elect Randy Sellier is a Democrat who has served on the Board of Trustees since 2007. Republican Ray Vandenberg was re-elected to the board and formerly served as a Village Attorney. Another Republican, Christopher Winston, has previously chaired the village planning board.
