About Harshada
Harshada Wagner is a meditation teacher and spiritual leader who has dedicated his life to exploring human consciousness and the art of self-transformation. On the spiritual path for more than 24 years, he is considered among the top teachers of his generation. Wagner is classically trained in the Indian wisdom traditions of yoga, Vedanta, and Tantric Shaivism, but draws his teachings from his own journey of awakening and the practical wisdom that comes from working with people around the world. He is known for his easy-going approach to meditation and deep inner transformation.

Wagner is founder and director of Living Meditation in New York City and Adhishtana Living Ltd. in Mumbai, India.
