Radical Happiness Workshop: Change Your Heart, Change your Mind, Change Your Life with Harshada Wagner

When we transform our hearts and minds, we can make ourselves more fearless, happy, joyous and free. No matter what life throws at us, we can learn to use our practice to make us ready for anything. In this 3 hour workshop Harshada will take us through an exploration of fundamental teachings on Radical Happiness and guide us in the practice of meditation. Harshada has been practicing and teaching for over 25 years and has a way of making the path of transformation accessible to everyone. The workshop will include discussion and question/answer sessions about real-life situations as well as guided meditations. This workshop is open to everyone and is appropriate for all levels of yoga and meditation experience.


About Harshada Wagner


Harshada Wagner is a meditation teacher and spiritual leader who has dedicated his life to exploring human consciousness and the art of self-transformation. On the spiritual path for more than 24 years, he is considered among the top teachers of his generation. Wagner is classically trained in the Indian wisdom traditions of yoga, Vedanta, and Tantric Shaivism, but draws his teachings from his own journey of awakening and the practical wisdom that comes from working with people around the world. He is known for his easy-going approach to meditation and deep inner transformation.

Wagner is founder and director of Living Meditation in New York City and Adhishtana Living Ltd. in Mumbai, India. He regularly teaches his unique and practical approach to diverse groups of people, including hospital patients, veterans and active duty military, Indian street kids, recovering drug addicts, and American high school students. He is on the faculty of Yogaglo.com, where he provides online video classes. Wagner leads retreats throughout the world, including his popular pilgrimages to India, and has released numerous meditation CDs, including Living Meditation and Meditation for Everyone.
