Wartburg to Host Workshops for New Affordable Senior Housing Units

With construction advancing quickly on its Friedrichs Residence, a new affordable housing building for seniors 62 and over, The Wartburg is hosting and information workshop for potential tenants and other interested parties on Thursday, June 28, at the New Rochelle Library (Ossie Davis Theater) from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Applications will also be available at the workshop. The session is intended to educate anyone interested in the application process, income restrictions, and schedule of grand opening.  

The Housing Action Council, a non-profit affordable housing advocacy organization, will be leading the workshops relating to the Friedrichs Residence.
