Forensics Team Picks Up Sweepstakes Team Trophy
The PMHS forensics speech team finished in 7th place and took home the Sweepstakes Team Trophy at the Rippon Memorial Speech Tournament.
From Pelham School District: The PMHS forensics speech team finished in 7th place and took home the Sweepstakes Team Trophy at the Rippon Memorial Speech Tournament held at Regis High School and The Loyola School in Manhattan on January 13. At the tournament, junior Michael Salama placed 7th in Varsity Oral Interpretation and freshman Sophia Leung placed 2nd in Declamation, qualifying her or the state championships to be held at Hofstra University this spring.
