Chatstep's report stated that a person at that location had uploaded an image of child pornography to one of its chatrooms.
A forensic examination of Reim's computer devices indicated that he possessed images of sexual performances by children. The Pelham Police Department assisted in the arrest. At the time, Reim was a trustee of the Village of Pelham. He stepped down after his arrest.
