Got What It Takes? Police Officer Candidates Wanted for Westchester Force
The salary range for officers is $55,152 - $86,372, and residents of Westchester, Putnam and Rockland counties are eligible to take the exam

The City of White Plains is actively seeking candidates to take the Police Officer Civil Service exam in November, officials announced.
The force is hoping to attract a “diverse pool of candidates,” and residents of Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange, Nassau and Bronx counties are eligible. The salary range for White Plains police officers is $55,152 - $86,372.

Applications must be submitted or postmarked no later than Thursday, July 9, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. Applications will not be accepted after that time. The exam will be given on Nov. 14, 2015. Please Note: Applications may not be emailed or submitted online. No exceptions will be made to the stated deadline or the submittal process. The application fee is $50.00 (no cash accepted).
