The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for southeastern New York, which includes the Hudson Valley and Westchester, Rockland and Putnam counties.
The outlook was issued due to pending rain this afternoon and evening, which could possibly produce flash flooding in some areas of the region.
A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT WILL BRING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THERE IS A LOW POTENTIAL FOR SOME OF THIS ACTIVITY TO PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
