Poughkeepsie, NY — A missing vulnerable adult alert has been issued by the Poughkeepsie Town Police Department.

Phillip Overing, a 72-year-old man with dementia and bipolar disorder, was last seen at his home on Spring Manor Circle in the Town of Poughkeepsie Sunday, July 10.

New information received Saturday indicates that Overing may be in the area of Brooklyn or Manhattan.
He is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. He has blue eyes and gray hair.

Overing was las seen wearing a blue button-down shirt and gray dress pants and may be in need of medical attention.
