More than 600 children registered to participate in this weekend's Easter egg hunt at Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum this weekend.

The youngsters, ages 7 to 12, had free rein to search the museum grounds for decorated eggs.

A great time was had by all despite the lower than normal seasonal temperatures.
