Pelham Fire Department Gets First Full-Time Chief
The village board made the appointment Tuesday night, according to Kempter's Fire Wire.
PELHAM, NY — On Tuesday the Village of Pelham and Pelham Fire Department made history by appointing a full-time fire chief, reports Kempter's Fire Wire.
James DiNapoli was sworn in as the first full-time chief.
DiNapoli has 28 years of fire service experience. He has been a member of the Pelham Fire Department since 1999 and was promoted to lieutenant in 2006.
