Pelham High School Athletes Of The Week

From PMHS: Seniors Elise Aronson, Francesca DiCristofano and Lauren Kuster, and junior Alexis Cornachio were named PMHS Athletes of the Week. Aronson had 28 digs and 9 aces while DiCristofano added 16 kills and 9 blocks as the volleyball team won matches against Rye and Harrison and won the Pelham Booster Club Tournament by beating Westlake and Byram Hills. Despite suffering season-ending injuries early in the year, Kuster and Cornachio had a tremendous impact on the girls’ soccer team, attending each and every practice and providing selfless leadership to their teammates throughout the year.
