Pelham Memorial High School Athletes Of The Week
Five students were name PMHS Athletes of the week for their performances on the winter track team at the league championships.
From Pelham Public Schools: Seniors Mateo Rivera and Lorenzo Bertuccioli, juniors Claudia Dodge and Nora Tahbaz and sophomore Morgan Sample were named PMHS Athletes of the Week for their performances on the winter track team at the league championships. Dodge was the league champion in the 600 meter and medaled in the 1600 meter relay. Rivera was the league champion in the 300 meter dash and finished 2nd in the 800 meter relay while Tahbaz medaled in all three of her events, and was league champion in the 55 meter dash and 800 meter relay. Bertuccioli placed 2nd and 3rd respectively in the long jump and triple jump while Sample medaled in all three of her events, the long jump, triple jump and 1600 meter relay.
