Pelham Memorial High Students Attend Career Series Panel Discussion

More than 60 PMHS students attended the latest Career Series Panel discussion that featured three local professionals.

From Pelham Public Schools: More than 60 PMHS students attended the latest Career Series Panel discussion that featured three local professionals in the writing/publishing industry. On-hand for the discussion, which is sponsored by the Pelham Civics Association, were Writer and Editor Sydny Miner, Crown Publishing Group Associate Publisher Annsley Rosner and Literary Agent Liz Farrell. The seminar was the second in the series, which kicked-off the school year with a forum on careers in law.

The next event, on Jan. 10, 2017, will focus on careers in technology followed by engineering on Feb. 7, advertising and media on March 21 and health care on April 19. Students interested in attending should contact the guidance department.
