Pelham Memorial High's Theater Group to Present 'Barnum'

Pelham Memorial High School's Sock 'n' Buskin theater group will present the musical 'Barnum!' Friday, March 24 - 26.

From Pelham Public Schools: Pelham Memorial High School’s Sock ‘n’ Buskin theater group will present the Tony Award-winning musical “Barnum!” Friday, March 24 through Sunday, March 26.

With a calliope of sound and a flourish of color, PMHS’s auditorium will transform into a circus as they retell the story of P.T. Barnum… with just a hint of hokum and the tiniest bit of balderdash. This circus musical features a score by Cy Coleman (Sweet Charity, On the Twentieth Century, City of Angels, The Will Rogers Follies) and Michael Stewart (Hello, Dolly!), with a script by Mark Bramble (42nd Street). Winner of three Tony Awards, the show features such songs as “Join the Circus,” “Come Follow the Band” and “The Colors of My Life.”

Come join us at the Pelham Memorial High School Auditorium at 7:30 pm on Friday, March 24 and Saturday, March 25. Sunday matinee is on March 26 at 2 pm. All tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students, children and senior citizens.
