Pelham Middle School Presents 'Bye Bye Birdie'

From Pelham Schools: A loving musical comedy send-up of the early 1960s, small-town America, teenagers, and rock & roll, BYE BYE BIRDIE remains as fresh and vibrant as ever. This Young Performers’ Edition is a one-hour adaptation of BYE BYE BIRDIE, specially tailored for middle school-aged performers.

Teen heartthrob Conrad Birdie has been drafted, so he chooses all-American girl Kim McAfee for a very public farewell kiss. Featuring a tuneful high-energy score and a hilarious script, BIRDIE remains one of the most popular shows in schools across the country. Hit songs include “Put on a Happy Face,” “One Last Kiss,” “One Boy,” “A Lot of Livin’ to Do,” “Kids!” Come join us for this PERFECT FAMILY MUSICAL at the Pelham Memorial High School auditorium. Showtimes are Friday, February 1 and Saturday February 2 at 7 pm. Sunday, February 3 is the 2 pm matinee performance. General admission seating for all performances. Tickets are $10 each are available at the door. Box office opens 30 minutes before show time.
