There were five people running for two seats on the Board of Education.

PELHAM, NY — Pelham school district voters overwhelmingly approved the Board of Education's spending plan for 2017-18, according to district officials. In addition, Jessica DeDomenico and Sue Bratone Childs were elected to their first terms on the school board. Here are results:

  • Jessica DeDomenico: 867

  • Stephen Doka: 199

Budget, 2017-18

  • Spending: $72,780,000
  • Increase: 2.6 percent
  • Tax levy increase: 1.98 percent
