PMS Removes 'Interim' From Assistant Principal's Title
He and Principal Lynn Sabia have forged an excellent working relationship, said the school superintendent.

From the Pelham Public Schools: At the end of last school year, as a result of the promotion of Ms. Lynn Sabia to Principal, we had a late opening for an Assistant Principal at PMS. I was extremely pleased that Mr. Sean Llewellyn was interested and willing to step into the role as interim assistant principal on very short notice.
I was glad to recommend him for this role given his long career in Pelham, excellent leadership and communication skills, and command of the International Baccalaureate program, which made him a natural fit for the position.
Over the past several months, I have been extremely impressed by the exceptional partnership he and Ms. Sabia have forged and the positive impact they have made on our middle school students and staff. With that said, I am once again pleased to recommend to the Board of Education on Tuesday night, February 12, that Mr. Llewellyn's interim title be removed and that he be officially named as the probationary assistant principal of Pelham Middle School.

I believe that in the years to come, Ms. Sabia and Mr. Llewellyn will continue to lead PMS in the right direction, and will continue to build upon the strong tradition of teaching and learning that is already a core pillar of our middle school.
