Registration Still Open for Pelham Youth Rugby’s Fall Program

Kids can still register for Pelham Rugby’s fall program, with practices set to start in mid-September. The program is run through Pelham Recreation and will be held on the same days and same times as last year.

Pelham Rugby is open to kids from towns outside of Pelham and is one of the very few youth rugby programs in our region.

Here’s the schedule for the Monday and Friday sessions:

• 3:30-4:30 pm (flag for grades 2-5)
• 4:30-5:30 pm (flag for grades 6 and up)
• 5:30-6:30 pm (tackle for grades 6-9)

Elementary players will be eligible for Sunday tournaments at Chelsea Waterside Park, while middle school players will participate in Saturday tournaments at Randall’s Island.
