Report: Cops Arrest Yonkers Man Alleged to Pose as Cabbie and Assault Mother and Children

A 48-year-old Yonkers man, who pretended to be a livery cab driver, attacked a 26-year-old woman and her three young children when the woman refused to perform a sexual act on the man, according to WABC-TV.

The incident occurred in Elmhurst after Pedro Vargas picked up the woman and her children ages 1, 3 and 5. He allegedly picked them up in Manhattan and drove them to a location in Elmhurst when he demanded sex; after she refused, according to WABC-TV, Vargas attacked them resulting in minor injuries to the children.
