Scattered Delays on Metro-North Westbound Wednesday Morning
Some delays are at least 15 minutes.
Metro-North Wednesday morning announced that New Haven Line Westbound Service between Stamford and Grand Central Terminal was delayed in spots “due to congestion caused by earlier Police Department Activity.”
Further details were not provided, but the MTA, operators of Metro-North, said the scattered delays could be at least 15 minutes in some cases.
“Please listen for announcements at your station,” said Metro-North in a statement.
