Simon Invites Students and Families to get Ready for the New School Year with "ABC's of Style" Events at The Galleria at White Plains

With the new school year fast approaching, Simon®, a global leader in retail real estate, and Teen Vogue, the number one source of fashion, beauty and pop-culture news for trendsetting teens, are hosting a series of back to school events at nearly 80 shopping centers across the country to get young people prepped to head back to class. The Galleria at White Plains’ kick-off “ABC’s of Style[SM]” festivities take place on Saturday, August 23, 2014 from 1 to 3 p.m. helping families have fun while shopping for seasonal must-haves.

Simon’s ABC’s of Style events, presented by Unilever brands St. Ives, Simple and Q-tips in association with Coca-Cola and Fox’s new fall series RED BAND SOCIETY, also launch the shopping centers’ collaboration with Teen Vogue for its “Back-To-School Saturdays” initiative, chock full of offerings throughout the month of August.

The Galleria at White Plains’ ABC’s of Style events will include various elements to give students the social shopping experience they seek. Featured event activities were created by keeping young shoppers’ preferences top-of-mind:

• Exclusive Style Guide: Get early access to an exclusive style guide from Simon and Teen Vogue, featuring fashion looks curated by style experts. • Mall-Wide Discount Offers & Samples: Play free interactive games and activities and pick up a SWAG bag at the registration table filled with other goodies and offers (while supplies last) from St. Ives, Simple, Q-tips, and Fox’s new fall series RED BAND SOCIETY.

• Entertainment: American Idol Season 10 contestant Robbie Rosen, who was part of the Top 24 group in 2011, will perform during the event.
