Spring Soaking, Thunderstorms Possible: Pelham Work Week

We tell you when rain is going to return.

PELHAM, NY — We kick off the week in the Hudson Valley with seasonably mild weather. "Delayed… but not cancelled… spring has finally decided to make an appearance," said Alex Marra and Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather.

However, as is its wont, spring isn't always sunny.

"A storm that is soaking the southeastern U.S. is poised to sweep up the East Coast," said Faith Eherts, AccuWeather meteorologist. She pointed out the upside: "Following this rainfall, residents are likely to notice a significant green-up of lawns and local flora as freezing temperatures remain at bay."
