TOP BROKERAGE HOULIHAN LAWRENCE RECRUITS KURT WIESENMAIER TO PELHAM OFFICE

Pelham, N.Y. – March 24, 2014 – Houlihan Lawrence, the top real estate brokerage firm servicing Westchester, Fairfield, Putnam and Dutchess counties, is pleased to announce that Kurt Wiesenmaier has joined the firm as a licensed real estate sales person in the Pelham, New York office, managed by  Deborah DeGiacomo.

Wiesenmaier joins Houlihan Lawrence following a distinguished career as the Vice President of Client Sales & Operations at American Import Shippers Association, the oldest and largest shipping association in America. In that role, Wiesenmaier was in charge of meeting the day-to-day client needs of the association’s existing 140 company member base and leveraging import customs data to identify and pursue potential client leads.

Earlier in his career, Wiesenmaier served as the Administrative Officer of the India Outsourcing Initiative at AllianceBernstein. Notably, he spent six months in Pune, India where he was in charge of developing a transition and training program for AllianceBernstein's Client Reporting Operations Group. Wiesenmaier received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance and Accounting at Franklin and Marshall College.
