WEATHER UPDATE: Showers, Thunderstorms Possible Tuesday, Then Sun For Days
We'll let you know when the unsettled weather is possible and then share some good news about the extended forecast.

It’s 50-50 as to whether we’ll see showers and thunderstorms in Westchester County today, Aug. 25, according to the National Weather Service.
If we do see some precipitation, it’s likely to begin after 9 a.m. and could last until about 2 p.m. for the southern half of the county.

After that, “conditions should improve as the afternoon progresses. Winds will shift around late Tuesday… and we’ll be experiencing a cool, Canadian air mass for the remainder of the week,” writes Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather.
The forecast can be summed up by one word from Wednesday through the end of next Monday, sunshine.
