Yonkers School Safety Officer Accuses Superiors of Retaliation for Warning About Sex Offender's Presence
The former employee is seeking $150,000 in damages.

A former school safety officer from Yonkers said he lost his job after reporting the presence of a sex officer.
John Perrotta said school officials retaliated against him when he notified his bosses that a Level 2 sex offender was repeatedly at the Montessori School 27, according to the Journal News.
The name of the sex offender is not mentioned in the lawsuit in which Perrotta is seeking $150,000 in damages.
