Nassau Police Report: Week of August 25

Nassau County Police released the crime report for the week of August 25 to September 1.

Check out the following incidents and arrests near the Plainview area over the past week as reported by police:

• August 25: Leonard A. Daleo, 56, of Massapequa was arrested for shoplifting from King Kullen on Sunrise Highway in Bellmore.
• August 25: Richard Pak, 21, and Elizabeth Pak, 20, both of Flushing were arrested for shoplifting from Macy's in the Broadway Mall in Hicksville.
• August 27: It was reported that someone stole 19 bales of recycled cardboard from the back of John's Farms on Old Country Road in Plainview.
• August 27: A woman reported that someone keyed her car on Spielman Avenue in South Farmingdale.
• August 27: Nicholas J. Cretella, 23, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested on a DWI charge at the Best Western on Jericho Turnpike in Woodbury.
• August 28: A woman reported that someone broke into her car and stole her handbag at East Drive in Woodbury.
