Nassau Police Report: Week of September 29
Check out the recent crimes and arrests reported near the Plainview area.

Nassau County Police released the crime report for the week of Sept. 29 to Oct. 6.
Check out the following incidents and arrests near the Plainview area over the past week as reported by police:
- Sept. 22: Sean Asia Ridley, 25, of Massapequa and Tai Nemley, 18, of Amityville were arrested for shoplifting from Macy's at the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa.
- Sept. 23: Patricia Alexakis, 44, of Plainview was arrested for shoplifting from Target on Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown.
- Sept. 28: A man reported that someone entered his car and stole his Nikon camera while parked by Testarossa restaurant on Jericho Turnpike in Syosset.
- Sept. 29: A woman reported that someone keyed her car on E. Shore Drive in Massapequa.
- Oct. 1: Shaquanna T. House, 27, of Westbury was arrested on a DWI charge on Cheryl Road and Hicksville Road in North Massapequa.
- Oct. 2: Brittany Scharf, 24, of Bethpage and Breianna E. Castrataro, 19, of Massapequa were arrested for shoplifting from Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow.
- Oct. 4: A man reported that someone keyed his car on Rose Street in Farmingdale.
