1. The meets in regular session at 10 a.m. Tuesday, the first time the board has met since its Republican sweep of last week's town elections. We'll have a report.

3. hosts its weekly study group: (“Torah For Its Own Sake”.) from 7:30 -9 p.m. Tuesday. Tonight's session is led by Cantor Bradley Hyman, who begins his series called "Why we Do that?" $5.
4. We're keeping open our of Plainview-area veterans all this week, and beyond if necessary. The idea began on last Friday and provides a public on-line place to honor Plainview's uniformed service men and women. All you have to do is send us the picture and caption information and we'll include it. (This is ; there are great shots of local veterans. Patch will even help you research your veterans' unit and service history.)
