UPDATE: Saw Mill Parkway Reopened

All lanes of the Saw Mill Parkway have been reopened as of 5:38 p.m., state transportation officials said.

The southbound Saw Mill River Parkway is closed at Exit 26 (Taconic State Pkwy) in Mount Pleasant. The northbound left lane is also blocked at Exit 25.

State transportation officials say the Saw Mill River Parkway is closed in both directions between Exit 25 (NY 9A) & Exit 26 (Taconic State Pkwy).

The road closure was at 4:10 PM in Mount Pleasant. It could last up to two hours .
