Free Webinar Series from Pace University School of Education to Advance K-12 Technology Integration
The School of Education at Pace University is pleased to offer a series of four free webinars to help educators increase their technology literacy, improve their skills incorporating technology into the classroom, and most importantly enhance learning outcomes. The one-hour series starts January 30th and continues through May 9th and will cover specific applications on each topic.
These webinars provide a great opportunity for all educators to learn about the effective and appropriate use of new media. You will come away with specific ideas on how to successfully incorporate these tools in your classroom to improve learning.
The series includes four sessions:

- Monday, February 25 - 4-5 p.m. EST - Using a Vygotskian Lens and the Digital Literacies for Improving Learning
- Wednesday, March 20 - 4-5 p.m. EST - After “Close Reading” - Using Web Tools to Engage Students in Multiple Ways to Examine Text-based Information
- Wednesday, May 9 - 4-5 p.m. EST - "Composing” Multimedia Arguments with the New Literacies
