Before Budget Adoption, Briarcliff BOE Seeks Questions
The Briarcliff Board of Education is accepting questions from the public in advance of the budget adoption.

From the Briarcliff Manor Board of Education:
Dear Fellow Briarcliff Manor Residents,
Next Tuesday, April 23rd, the Board of Education will vote to adopt a budget that will be presented to the voters for approval on May 21st. As we have said from the beginning of the process, we want your input and encourage you to attend Tuesday’s meeting. That said, we understand that it is often difficult for many to get away from family and work obligations. Therefore we will continue to communicate with you regularly to keep you fully up to date on this extremely important, and complex, issue.

On Friday, we shared with you some key points about the budget. (You can view this email in the “Budget Information” section on the district’s website.) In response, we received several important questions from community residents. As we continually strive to provide as much information as possible to the community, today we are launching a new Q&A section on the website. Questions can be emailed to budgetquestions@briarcliffschools.org and answers will be posted to the website for the entire community to see.
Since this function is just going live, we wanted to share answers to a few of the questions that were asked of Board Members over the weekend so that the entire community can benefit. Please see file attachment below [Note: attached to this article as a .pdf].
